About the publisher

A smaller guide with a stricter standard.

NoSnoreGuide exists to make a noisy shopping category clearer: which device mechanism matches the likely problem—and when shopping should stop.

Transparency note

The site currently publishes under an editorial desk, not a named clinician.

We do not invent medical credentials or imply medical review. No page is upgraded to “hands-on tested” without real tester identity, dated observations, and an inspectable test method.

Why the site changed

The earlier NoSnoreGuide used a quiz to assign visitors to simplified “snoring types.” That created more certainty than the evidence could support. The site now separates nasal aids, mandibular devices, tongue-retaining devices, positional remedies, and unsupported product claims by mechanism—and keeps the distinction between primary snoring and sleep-disordered breathing visible.

What readers can expect

What NoSnoreGuide is not

NoSnoreGuide is not a healthcare provider, sleep clinic, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice. It does not diagnose the source of snoring or recommend treatment for obstructive sleep apnea.

Editorial ownership

Content is attributed to NoSnoreGuide Editorial Desk. Claims remain limited to evidence, FDA records, manufacturer instructions, and retail details readers can inspect. First-hand comfort or effectiveness claims require a named tester, dated observations, and a published method.
